1. About us
This website is operated by SalaThong, a Thai restaurant business trading in Stevenage and Cambridge, United Kingdom. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean SalaThong.
2. Using the website
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes only. You must not use the site in any way that breaches UK law, infringes another person’s rights, or could damage, disable or impair the site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, the server it is hosted on, or any connected systems.
3. Content and intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, photography, logos, menus, branding and design — is owned by SalaThong or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property rights. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
4. Menu, pricing and availability
Menus, dishes and prices shown on the website are indicative and may change without notice. Dish availability is subject to seasonal produce and stock. The menu in-restaurant is the definitive version at the time of your visit.
5. Allergens and dietary information
Our food is prepared in kitchens that handle nuts, shellfish, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and other allergens. While we take every reasonable care, we cannot guarantee any dish is free from traces of allergens. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please tell a member of staff before ordering. Full allergen information is available on request.
6. Reservations
Reservations for the Stevenage branch are handled by our booking partner and are subject to that provider’s terms in addition to these. Please honour your booking or cancel in good time so we can offer the table to other guests. Late or no-show bookings may be subject to a charge where the booking partner permits it and where notified at the time of booking.
7. Third-party links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites (for example Instagram, Google Maps, reservation providers, review platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites. Following those links is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimer
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness or availability of the site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the website.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the time you use it is the version that applies. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
